PS32S: Min: $81, 478.00 - Mid: $98,599.00 - Max: $117,721.00


Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a clinical science, Business Administration, Nursing or related field required. Clinical certification or licensure required, such as Registered Pharmacist, Registered Dietician, Physician Assistant or Nurse, etc. Candidates with a foreign medical degree with clinical experience will be considered. Five (5) years of nursing or other clinical experience, two (2) of which are in Quality, Performance Improvement (PI), and/or clinical informatics required. Computer literacy and data entry management experience required. Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills in a customer facing role a must. Experience driving Lean strategies at both the executive and associate level. Demonstrated coaching skills for Green Belts, teams, and customers. Must be able to facilitate training and handle conflict to implement process improvements across all employee populations in order to move projects forward. Able to lead teams to successful implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.



Responsibilities: Drives process improvement projects to improve healthcare service delivery, quality and patient care. Applies process improvement methodology such as Lean, Six Sigma, Plan Do Study Act (PDSA), etc. to improve processes across the entire value stream. Provides guidance to Green Belts and project teams to ensure successful project completion and realization of the targeted benefits. Has an understanding of business strategies and alignment of improvement projects to the goals of University Hospital (UH). Acts as a clinical resource and internal expert for the Project Management Office – providing feedback on suggested project improvements, metrics, and identified variables.
