Salary Range:
PS26S: $67,268.00 - $81,099.00 - $96,616.00
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Social Science, Administration, or a related field required. Requires four (4) years of progressively more responsible professional experience, preferably in a health care environment, which includes experience in project coordination and assisting with the administration of specific programs. Prior clinical experience an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, along with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and problem solve. Additional related experience may be substituted for the degree on a year for year basis.
Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Sr. Project Manager, the Program Support Coordinator (Quality and Patient Safety) will provide administrative and organizational support for all project and program activities undertaken in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety. Assists with long and short range project planning and implementation. Serves as a liaison within the department, and with the hospital at large, to identify project requirements and to assist with defining objectives. Is a strong communicator who can articulate University Hospital’s program of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety to all levels of staff.
