Salary Range:

PS30S: $78,169.00 - $94,477.00 - $112,724.00

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Science, or related field required.  Five (5) years of experience in information systems required and a preference given to candidates with systems administration or Workforce Management experience.  Knowledge of software architecture required.  Demonstrated interpersonal skills working in a service-oriented environment.  Effective written and oral communications a must.  Established organizational and problem solving skills are required. Equivalent education, experience and/or training may be substituted for the degree requirements.

Responsibilities:  This position is responsible for all functions necessary to support the Time & Attendance Management (Workforce Management) System, including identifying, evaluating, analyzing and recommending changes to support the application.  Assists with the implementation of the system. Responsible for ongoing production maintenance and troubleshooting.  Responsible for the integration and on-going support of interfaces with Banner.  Supports the planning, design, development and configuration of the supported application. Maintains project plans and assists with the development and delivery of detailed training programs and materials. This position identifies opportunities for process improvements, develops and implements improvements, documents requirements and configuration changes, trains existing users on all Workforce Management related procedures.  Ensures that the Time & Attendance Management System is optimally operational and functioning at all time.  Ensures that systems are functioning under the guidance of acceptable University Hospital policies and procedures and meets all regulatory requirements.
